Maison Bénie is a defining example of what is possible when a client entrusts us with their vision.

This 142-square French Provincial residence was delivered as a complete Design and Construct commission. Following a series of in-depth discovery sessions, we assembled a tailored project team to realise the client’s vision — Nicholas Day for architecture and Nathan Burkett for landscape and pool design. Once the brief was refined, Grey Goose developed and executed the full interior design documentation, sourcing bespoke fittings and fixtures from the United States and Europe to achieve a home that was unique to the client.

Set atop one of Templestowe’s highest and most private locations, the home showcases the level of craftsmanship our clients can expect — Versailles European oak floors, marble accents, custom joinery, and one-of-a-kind pieces designed and curated exclusively for this residence.

Externally, we applied the same meticulous attention to the landscaped gardens, infinity pool, and resort-style alfresco areas, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape.

From the basement entertainment hub to the grand formal living zones, every detail reflects the pride and precision we bring to our work. Maison Bénie is more than a showpiece — it is proof of how Grey Goose Custom Homes builds residences that are uniquely yours.
