12 Monomeath Avenue was a significant Construct Only commission on one of Melbourne’s most prestigious tree-lined boulevards.

The client came to us having already appointed Mannerheim Architects for the architectural design, Paul Bangay for landscaping, and Stuart Rattle for interiors. We coordinated closely with all consultants to complete construction documentation and deliver the project to realise the clients vision.

Occupying a 2,745 m² parcel on Canterbury’s Golden Mile, the home was designed to respect the avenue’s established character while providing contemporary, functional living. The residence comprises four bedrooms, a series of formal and informal living areas, and interiors featuring bespoke joinery, natural stone surfaces, fine timber finishes, and custom made fixtures tailored to the client’s brief.

Externally, the landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces were designed to complement the avenue’s mature canopy, enhance privacy, and provide year-round visual appeal. From the carefully proportioned façade to the custom interior elements, every aspect of the project reflects the meticulous planning and execution that define Grey Goose’s approach to high-end residential builds in heritage-rich locations.
